Sweetndata Inc. ("we") operates the VISTEND service (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we use, keep and delete it.

We don't offer online payment yet. When we do, payment details will be handled directly by a payment provider; we will not store card numbers or other payment credentials.

2. How we use it

  • To identify members, keep you signed in and prevent misuse
  • To generate video extensions (outpainting), deliver results and keep your job history
  • To tell wait list members when the Service opens
  • To receive and answer inquiries and orders, and send quotes and timelines
  • To improve quality, fix errors and keep the Service secure

3. How long we keep it

We delete personal information without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. Retention periods:

  • Account information: until you close your account
  • Wait list and inquiry information: one year after the launch notice or after your inquiry is handled, or until you ask us to delete it
  • Uploaded source videos and results: deleted within 30 days after the result link expires (7 days after generation)
  • Access logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

Once paid services start, we will keep contract and withdrawal records and payment and delivery records for 5 years, and consumer complaint and dispute records for 3 years, as required by the Korean E-Commerce Act.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties unless you consent or the law requires it.

5. Processors and international transfer

We use the following processors to run the Service, and some processing happens outside Korea. We supervise them to make sure your information is handled safely.

Transfers happen over the network when you use the Service, and retention follows section 3. If you don't want your information transferred abroad, you can choose not to sign up or generate videos, or close your account — but you won't be able to use the Service.

6. Deletion

When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete personal information without delay — electronic files in a way that can't be recovered, and paper records by shredding or incineration. Information we must keep by law is stored separately.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal information, and withdraw your consent, at any time.

Email vistend.ai@sweetndata.com and we'll act on it without delay. A legal representative or someone you authorize can also make the request.

8. Cookies and local storage

The Service stores the following in your browser so it can work. We do not use tracking tools for advertising or behavioral analytics.

  • Language preference (vt_lang)
  • Sign-in token to keep you signed in (vt_auth)
  • Screen state (whether the alert card is closed, where to return after sign-in)

You can clear this in your browser settings; doing so signs you out and resets your language.

9. Security

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and least-privilege access
  • Limited lifetime for sign-in tokens, and signed result links that expire after 7 days
  • Access logging for systems that handle personal information

10. Children

The Service does not accept sign-ups from children under 14.
