Terms of Service
Effective November 2, 20261. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the VISTEND service (the "Service") provided by Sweetndata Inc. ("we"), and the rights and obligations of you and us.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means VISTEND — which uses AI to generate what lies beyond the frame of your video and widen its aspect ratio (video outpainting) — and all related websites and features.
- "User" means anyone who uses the Service under these terms, whether a member or not.
- "Member" means a user who has signed up with an email address or a Google account.
- "Source video" means a video you upload; "Result" means a video the Service generates from it.
3. Effect and changes
These terms take effect when posted on the Service.
We may change these terms within the limits of applicable law. We'll post a notice on the Service 7 days before a change takes effect (30 days if it is unfavorable to you). If you don't agree, you can stop using the Service and close your account.
4. Sign-up and accounts
You become a member when you agree to these terms and to the collection and use of personal information, apply to sign up, and we accept.
Children under 14 may not sign up. We may refuse or suspend accounts created with someone else's information or false details.
You are responsible for your account. If you learn it has been compromised, tell us right away.
5. What the Service offers
We provide:
- Setting and previewing the clip and output size for your source video
- AI-generated video extension (wide, tall or all around) and result delivery
- Wait list sign-up with launch alerts, and orders by email
The Service is currently in a pre-launch (beta) stage. Some features are not yet available or may change without notice. Conditions for the free trial — such as the number of uses, clip length and file size — are shown on the Service.
6. Fees
We don't offer online payment yet. For orders received by email, we'll quote the price and timeline separately and proceed only with your agreement.
When paid services start, we'll post prices, payment methods and refund rules on the Service in advance, and show the price of each job before it's generated.
7. Rights in source videos and results
You keep the rights to your source videos. You confirm that you hold, or have permission for, all rights needed (such as copyright and portrait rights) for any video you upload.
We use source videos and results only to provide the Service (generation, delivery and troubleshooting), and won't use them for advertising or case studies without your separate consent.
You may use results freely to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Upload or generate videos that infringe others' copyright, portrait rights, privacy or other rights
- Upload or generate content prohibited by law, such as obscene material, illegally filmed material or child sexual abuse material
- Use results to deceive — for example, impersonating real people or damaging their reputation
- Reverse-engineer the Service, or disrupt it with excessive automated requests
- Use someone else's account, or transfer or sell your account
If we find a violation, we may remove the content, restrict your use and, where the law requires, notify the authorities.
9. Nature of AI-generated results
Results are newly drawn by AI based on the context of your source video. Depending on the scene, edges, motion and details may differ from the original or look unnatural.
We don't guarantee that a result fits any particular purpose. Please review results before you use them.
10. Changes and interruptions
We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, outages, third-party service failures or other unavoidable reasons, and will give notice in advance where possible. We may change or end all or part of the Service as operations require.
11. Closing accounts and restrictions
You can ask to close your account at any time by emailing vistend.ai@sweetndata.com; we'll handle it without delay.
If you breach these terms, we may restrict your use or terminate your account after notice (or with notice afterward in urgent cases).
12. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damage caused by force majeure, your own fault, or failures of third-party services beyond our control.
For services we provide free of charge, we are not liable unless we acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
If a dispute arises with a third party over a video you uploaded or a result you used, you are responsible for resolving it.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the Service will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
Addendum
These terms take effect on November 2, 2026.
